want the client to pay from the link?
a pdf is a request. an invoice on comtev is a link your client opens on their phone and pays by paystack, card or transfer, no login. the money lands in your balance and withdraws to your nigerian bank, and every invoice for that client sits on one record you both can see. comtev is free to run; you only pay wholesale for the messages you send.
straight answers
is this invoice generator really free?
yes. no account, no watermark, no limit on how many invoices you make. it runs in your browser and the pdf is yours.
does it add VAT?
only if you tick the box. it adds 7.5%, the current Nigerian rate, on top of the subtotal and shows it as its own line. if you are not VAT-registered, leave it off.
where does my information go?
nowhere. the form never leaves your browser. your business name, contact and bank details are remembered on this device so you do not retype them, and you can clear them with one tap.
can my client pay this invoice online?
not from the pdf; they pay by transfer to the account you printed on it. if you want the client to pay by card or transfer from a link, and the money to land in a balance you can withdraw to your nigerian bank, that is what invoicing on comtev does. it is free to run.
how do i send the invoice on whatsapp?
tap download as pdf, save it, then share the file in the client’s chat. put the amount and the due date in the message too, so they do not have to open the file to know what to pay.
why deposits go missing and what a proper invoice changes: get paid like a professional, not like a cousin.
